Built with the DAC-ART Building System, the Steven's have reduced utility bills and have enjoyed the protection demonstrated by a hit from a recent tornado that felled a huge white oak tree.  The tree fell full force into the concrete cornice.  The tree snapped into, leaving no damage to the DAC-ART eave or to the DAC-ART wall.  The design calls for shutters on the front which have not yet been installed.
